Apartment and riser plumbing in Jersey City involving CPVC unit piping, hydrostatic testing, Schedule 80 risers, branch tie-ins, fixtures, and PRV manifolds.
Overview
The Beacon Hague Building Apartments required apartment and riser plumbing where vertical coordination and testing mattered before finishes closed the work.
Scope
Affinity's scope included CPVC water piping in residence units, 24-hour hydrostatic testing, unit fixture installation, Schedule 80 CPVC water-main risers through the eighth floor, branch tie-ins at each level, and PRV manifold installation.
Coordination
The work was coordinated around stacked residential units, riser paths, pressure testing, branch connections, inspection readiness, and repeatable rough-in.
What This Project Demonstrates
This project demonstrates multifamily plumbing work where testing and vertical system coordination are central to the building.
