Bell Works pre-built suites required repeatable plumbing work for move-in-ready office spaces inside an active campus redevelopment.
Scope
Affinity's scope included labor, material, and equipment for complete plumbing installation, including fixture rough-in, domestic water, waste and vent piping, and final connections from the design set.
Coordination
The work was coordinated around repeatable suite delivery, drawing coordination, campus standards, and finish-level work inside a building with other construction packages underway.
