Overview
The Vydia space at Bell Works required tenant plumbing inside an active adaptive-reuse campus where tenant needs had to fit base-building requirements.
Scope
Affinity's scope included tenant plumbing rough-in, fixture connections, domestic water, waste and vent tie-ins, and coordination with campus MEP requirements.
Coordination
The work was coordinated around tenant sketches, building standards, safety requirements, open-shop sequencing, existing infrastructure, and finish deadlines.
