Mechanical-room chilled-water piping in NJ using Schedule 40 black steel, grooved fittings, chiller and pump-skid tie-ins, control valves, and water-treatment connections.
Overview
Erickson chilled-water piping required mechanical-room work where equipment placement, hydronic routing, valve access, and startup path all had to be coordinated.
Scope
Affinity's scope included Schedule 40 black steel chilled-water piping with grooved fittings, installation support for owner-provided chillers and pump skids, control valves, and water-treatment valve tie-ins.
Coordination
The work was coordinated around equipment placement, hydronic tie-in sequencing, control-valve access, testing, and a clear path for startup and service.
What This Project Demonstrates
This project supports Affinity's mechanical piping portfolio by showing equipment-room piping that has to remain understandable and serviceable after turnover.
